With more than 25 years of experience spanning enterprise consulting, technology, and hospitality, Maya has built a career on helping organizations identify opportunities, evaluate performance, and improve operational outcomes. Her approach combines executive-level strategic thinking with firsthand observation, providing clients with practical, evidence-based recommendations grounded in real operational environments.
Throughout her career, Maya has partnered with Fortune 500 companies, public sector organizations, educational institutions, and hospitality brands, leading complex consulting engagements, enterprise technology initiatives, and operational assessments. She has extensive experience evaluating customer journeys, service delivery, operational execution, leadership effectiveness, and brand consistency across a wide range of industries.
In the hospitality sector, Maya has independently completed luxury hotel and premium travel assessments throughout North America, Europe, the Caribbean, and Türkiye. Her experience includes evaluating guest experiences, operational standards, brand compliance, and service execution across internationally recognized luxury hotels, resorts, premium travel programs, and fine dining environments. These engagements have strengthened her ability to identify operational strengths, uncover hidden vulnerabilities, and provide objective insights that help organizations enhance both customer experience and business performance.
